State lawmakers are supporting a bill that would make it a more serious issue - to be boating while intoxicated. The house passed a bill - to create a bigger crime if there's a death connected to being drunk while boating... the penalty would be the same as for a drunk driving fatality. The bill now goes over to the state senate.
