If you're already thinking about filing your income taxes... keep this in mind: the IRS will start accepting tax returns on January 30th. The agency had hoped to open the tax season on January 22nd, but the date was delayed because of the fiscal cliff negotiations... and then the IRS had to reprogram its computeres and forms to reflect the late changes. SOME taxpayers will have to wait longer - maybe until March - to send in their returns because their forms require more extensive programming. More than 120 million filers will be able to start turning in their returns on January 30th.
