A new report says a fifth of the roads in new mexico need to be upgraded ... the report from the washington-d-c-based group called TRIP said 21-percent of the state's roads are in poor or mediocre condition... the group rates about two-thirds of the state's roads in good or excellent condition... and 12-percent in fair condition. The group is partially sponsored by the highway construction industry.
