A 15-year-old accused of killing five members of his family ・will be tried as an adult in the case. Nehemiah Griego will be charged with first-degree murder, and child abuse resulting in death. Griego is accused of shooting and killing his father, mother and three young siblings early Saturday at their home in the South Valley.
