Gas Prices Still Dropping Featured

A new report says gas is costing a lot of people less these days... the latest lundberg survey of gas prices says the average price of regular unleaded is down to 3-38 a gallon nationally - down nearly a dime over a three-week period that ended on Friday. In New mexico, we've gone from an average of about 3-30 a gallon three weeks ago - to 3-19 a gallon as of Friday, and we're down to 3-17 a gallon today, according to newmexicogasprices.com. A month ago, you were paying an average of 3-36 a gallon.  Nationally, The price of gas has dropped 46 cents a gallon over the past two months... something analyst trilby lundberg calls a “true crash.” The survey looks as prices at about 25-hundred gas stations nationwide. She says gas prices at the pump should drop even more in the coming days, as refineries cut how much they're charging distributors and retailers.
