A couple from Hobbs has claimed a 2-million-dollar lottery prize... joe and lisa woodruff won the money in the powerball, when the prize had reached a record 587-million-dollars last week. Lisa woodruff bought 50-dollars worth of powerball tickets. There is still one large unclaimed prize in new mexico.
