The Federal Highway Administration is requiring that signs show how long its going to take to get to destinations. State officials say it will come in handy for times like today when six miles of I-40 West of Albuquerque are closed one side at a time for construction. And they say it will be helpful for commuters to make plans when there is traffic congestion.
