A court hearing is set for today over the demolition of the former hacienda inn building... the town wants the building to come down, saying it's an eyesore and a threat to public health, safety, and welfare... the court last year ordered that abatement actions be taken... but the town says the building's owner has not done a good enough job complying with the abatement actions that were ordered. The town wants the court to step in to force the building's demolition.
