A Ranchos de Taos man accused of kidnapping his former girlfriend has pleaded guilty to second-degree kidnapping in the case. Marvin Riggins was sentenced to six years in prison, plus two years of parole in his home state of California, and he'll get credit for time served. He was accused of kidnapping the woman from in front of Taos Community Against Violence... the incident was caught on security video footage. Riggins was arrested in January.
