The cost of a stamp is going up on Sunday. As of january 27th, the cost of a stamp will go up by a penny, from 45 cents to 46 cents. Priority and express mail prices also are going up. The postal service this year is releaseing a new forever international stamp for a dollar-10, which can get to any destination around the world, and the price is good forever just like the domestic stamps.
